Its location very close to Bijou Art Cinemas was peaceful. What's more, it was really close to Eugene, downtown, and coffee shops.

Loved how recently renovated the property was. Our rooms where updated and very clean and available with a friendly atmosphere, wood beam ceiling and microwave. The stuff were helpful and courteous, no complaints.

Friendly staff, microwave and small fridge.
I had a first floor room and could hear the people upstairs arguing most of the night ( until 3:00 am) then they had sex until 3:30. The floor squeeked and the bedsprings squeeked. Many drunken college age women were whooping it up and stomping around until 3: 30 am. I did'nt get much sleep until I drove home in the morning and finally got some peaceful sleep for about five hours. The floors seem to be made of paper. Get a second floor room if you want to sleep.

I liked the big TV and the wood floors as well as the angled ceiling and the bathtub
I did not like that the bath stopper didn't work so that I had to take a shower instead of bath. I also got chilly in the night and could have used another blanket--since I didn't want to leave the loud heater on.

Location, Price, Convience, Cleanliness
Our last evening...The couple next door were having quite a loud time of it, over and over again...so, maybe the sound traveled a bit too easily between the rooms.

I liked the convenience to the city and the wonderful wood ceiling. I thought the staff was really great and the rooms were very clean. Perfect for my budget. Walking distance to bus and train station.
The rooms were a little bit noisier than some folks would prefer due I think to thin walls.

The location to the city
Hard beds, and too hot to sleep(poor air conditioning)

Cool vintage vibe with a cozy bar area. Breakfast offers decent options including biscuits and gravy, a quirky touch for a morning meal.
The room had an odd, non-functional recliner blocking the walkway. Moving it revealed pincher bugs. Limited parking spots make it a challenge during busy times, and noise from traffic and other guests can be bothersome for light sleepers.

Old property. Reasonably well kept. Ok for the money. Good location for the Hult Center and downtown.
Rooms are noisy. Old property.

The desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was great as we didn't need our car.
The room itself is dark and security is a bit lax as there is not a second lock on the inside of the door.
